About The Position

This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Team Member must be willing and able to perform physical and visual inspections of product and plant systems. Team Member will be exposed to warm temperatures ranging from 65-90 degrees, wet and humid conditions, slippery floors in certain areas, and concrete floors. Team Member will be exposed to airborne particles and noise levels that require hearing protection.

Requirements

Openings for this position will be posted for three (3) working days utilizing the Tyson PersTime job-bidding program.
Must have been in their current position 90 days to demote or transfer to another shift or line.
Must have been in their current position 90 days to promote.
No more than four (4) attendance points at the time of job posting, in the last six (6) months.
No written warning at the time of job posting within the last six (6) months.
No suspensions at the time of job posting within the last six (6) months.
