About The Position

eClerx is seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Operations Associate to support form processing, 401(k) plan research, and outreach to employer HR teams—ensuring a smooth customer experience. You’ll help ensure we have accurate information and efficient processes to deliver a seamless rollover experience for our customers.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Comfort with sensitive financial/customer information
  • Clear communication skills (phone and email)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in operations, admin, or back-office roles is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Review and process customer forms accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure completeness and compliance of all documentation
  • Follow workflows for rollover-related paperwork
  • Research employer-sponsored 401(k) plans
  • Contact HR teams and plan administrators to obtain and verify plan information
  • Track outreach and update records in internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain turnaround times
