Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5 pm every other Saturday 8am to 12pm New Hire Training (approximately first 90 days) the schedule is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Locations: Northside, River City, Fernandina, Main Street, Arlington, CHA Macclenny, and CHA Jax Lakewood $3K Sign On Bonus for New Hires PRIMARY FUNCTION The Floater will perform quality team-based patient care under the direct supervision of a clinician for both clinical and administrative functions to promote health and wellness in a safe and friendly environment. Supports clinician and care management teams in assessing, maintaining chronic disease management, examining, and treating the pediatric patient population. The Laboratory Medical Assistant Floater is responsible for performing all laboratory testing procedures and phlebotomy, including venipuncture, finger sticks, and heel sticks. This floating employee will be working in various offices to support in either the MA role or a dedicated Lab station.
