BOH (Back of House) Team Member - Chick-fil-A Springfield MISSIONS To craft crave able, high-quality food with speed and precision, while maintaining the highest safety standards and building a kitchen culture of trust, hustle, and team excellence. OUTCOMES Prepare High-Quality Food Consistently Achieve 100% alignment with CFA food safety and recipe execution standards. Maintain BOH guest satisfaction rating of 90%+ (via speed, freshness, and taste metrics). Maintain Speed of Production Meet or exceed target production throughput times, especially during peak windows. Proactively assist teammates to eliminate delays or bottlenecks. Ensure Sanitation and Safety Compliance Receive zero critical violations in internal or external food safety audits. Always use correct procedures for equipment, cleaning, and personal hygiene Support BOH Shift Rhythm and Efficiency Stay ahead of prep, restocks, and cleaning checklists without being asked. Communicate needs clearly to Line Leads and adapt quickly to demand shifts. Promote a Calm and Focused Kitchen Environment Model emotional control, presence under pressure, and hustle with purpose. Requirements

  • Evenings with a minimum of 5:00PM - 11:00PM availability
