The Back of House or Kitchen team consistently delivers food that looks and tastes great while maintaining the highest quality product in a clean and safe environment. Back of House team members should work all scheduled shifts, where they are trained in a variety of areas within the business to be able to work in a variety of positions. Back of House positions include breading and cooking chicken, food prep and building of salads, and building products to order. Chick-fil-A offers a variety of easy-to-use systems to ensure a great product is available to every guest, every time. Requirements

Standing and walking for the duration of the shift
Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Must be a team player- together, we succeed, and each person on our team is key to the overall success of the guest experience.
