Requirements
- 1+ year of management experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Proven track record of leadership success, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
