About The Position

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and streetwear savvy Back of House Manager to join the Culture Kings team at our Chadstone store! In this hands-on & fast-paced role, you will INSPIRE , influence and coach a strong team. You will oversee the efficient management and control of inventory within Culture Kings retail stores by implementing robust inventory control procedures, managing stock levels, and ensuring accurate stock records. you will collaborate closely with store management, logistics, and merchandising teams to optimize stock movement, minimize stock discrepancies, and maintain product availability to meet customer demand. This is the pinnacle retail role where you will be at the forefront of street fashion, not just following fashion trends but setting them.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inventory management or stock control, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to conduct accurate stock audits and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and proficiency in using software tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and suppliers.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize inventory control processes.
  • Knowledge of stockroom organization, product handling, and storage best practices.
  • Is approachable and creates opportunities for the team to have a say, put forward ideas and contribute to the success of their department.
  • Creates a positive and healthy work environment that recognises a job well done.
  • Effectively communicates with the team to give the information they need to do their job; gets the team involved and engaged.
