Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience in inventory or stock control; hospitality or luxury hotel experience preferred
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Food & Beverage or Stewarding background is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and control inventory across F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and operating supplies
  • Oversee ordering, receiving, and stock replenishment to align with consumption levels
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using management systems
  • Conduct routine stock counts and investigate discrepancies
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all supplies
  • Partner with department leaders to forecast demand and prevent shortages or overstocking
  • Prepare inventory and variance reports for leadership and Finance
  • Support cost-control efforts while minimizing waste
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and audit requirements
