The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Full-Cycle) Program Director is a pivotal academic leadership role within an elite nursing education team committed to excellence, innovation, and measurable student success. This leader shapes the future of nursing education by advancing academic quality, strengthening clinical partnerships, and driving exceptional student outcomes — including NCLEX performance and program satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Instruction, the Program Director holds comprehensive responsibility for the strategic leadership, administration, and continuous improvement of the BSN program. This includes curriculum integrity, accreditation compliance, faculty performance and development, student progression and retention, and overall program effectiveness.
