About The Position

B4 Babies is a community-centered program designed to support pregnant individuals and their families throughout pregnancy and beyond. The program offers personalized assistance through trained navigators who help participants apply for free or low-cost healthcare and SNAP benefits. Navigators also connect individuals with prenatal care providers, educational resources, and essential community services. B4 Babies provides transportation to and from medical appointments and other critical services, along with interpretation support to ensure accessible and equitable care. A key component of the program is Family Navigation Services, which offer ongoing support to individuals and families during pregnancy and into early parenthood. These services include assistance with meeting basic needs, accessing mental health resources, goal setting, and developing essential life skills. In addition, B4 Babies offers Car Seat Safety Education to both program participants and community members. Certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians deliver hands-on instruction and guidance on proper car seat use, ensuring the safety of children in motor vehicles. Through a comprehensive, compassionate approach, B4 Babies empowers families with tools, resources, and support they need for a healthy start.
