About You As a B2B Wireless Product Sales Specialist focused on Mobile products, you'll drive clients to make the best technology decisions to solve their mobile related challenges. You thrive on fostering a dynamic and well-integrated account relationship structure to ensure your long term success. Your expertise in all leading mobile carrier products enables you to engage our customer IT evaluation teams and recommend appropriate smartphone, data only, IoT, WWAN, and other emerging mobile solutions to vCom clients to ensure they make the best technology decisions to solve their current and future challenges.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of mobile product sales experience, in a B2B environment Including but not limited to: Devices, Plans, IoT, M2M, Fleet, Failover/Backup, etc.
  • 3+ years of Mid-Market to Enterprise solution sales experience
  • Experience selling across multiple carriers
  • A proven master of the mobile industry landscape
  • Business development expertise
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in fast paced, rapidly changing environments
  • Experience selling at the “C” level

Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing customers and drive revenue associated to mobile technologies
  • Partner with the Lifecycle Management Sales Team and other members of the Technology Solutions Group to develop a complete technology roadmap for every vCom customer
  • Develop deep relationships with existing customer IT and Finance Teams
  • Travel frequently for training, meetings, and customer engagement: Attend on-site customer meetings and present mobile solution to C-Level/Decision Makers
  • Responsibility for generating opportunities, qualifying prospects, selling solutions and closing complex sales opportunities within the vCom customer base
  • Drive awareness of available mobile carriers and solutions with existing customers
  • Identify and develop effective sales strategies
  • Meet and beat all quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Drive new mobile product concepts to customers (including but not limited to: IoT, M2M, Fleet, Failover/Backup, etc.)
  • Own the related sales cycles from introduction to close
  • Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal SFA/OSS system
  • Function as technical liaison and our ambassador between all key solution providers and our clients to insure successful outcomes
  • Stay abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
  • Conduct knowledge transfers with various parts of the organization
