We are seeking a B2B Social Media Manager to build and scale Oura’s presence across LinkedIn and other key platforms, turning internal expertise into external influence. This role will focus on developing employee advocacy, elevating executive and scientific voices, and supporting commercial initiatives through strategic social activation. This is a builder role. You will create the systems, workflows, and content approach that enable Oura’s clinical, scientific, and commercial teams to show up consistently and effectively—while ensuring efforts ladder to broader business goals over time. You will partner closely with Commercial, Science, Marketing, and Creative teams, as well as the Director of Social & Influencer, to ensure alignment between consumer and commercial storytelling.
