About The Position

As a B2B SEO & Growth Content Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of content designed to drive organic growth and conversion for B2B audiences. You will work at the intersection of SEO, sales enablement, and performance marketing, translating search insights and sales feedback into high-impact, persona-driven content. This role requires a data-driven mindset, creative problem solving, and hands-on experience with content platforms to optimize landing pages, messaging frameworks, and the overall customer journey. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align messaging with business objectives. By owning the end-to-end content lifecycle, you will directly influence lead generation, conversion rates, and market authority. This role operates in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with the autonomy to shape innovative strategies that drive measurable results.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SEO and content marketing, ideally in a high-growth startup environment
  • Proficiency in Webflow with hands-on experience building and managing landing pages
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site architecture, schema, and SEO toolsets such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4
  • Demonstrated ability to run A/B tests and optimize content based on data-driven insights
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive, persona-based content that balances SEO and conversion goals
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with sales and marketing objectives
  • Creative, growth-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation

Responsibilities

  • Lead keyword research, competitive analysis, and search intelligence to inform SEO strategy and ensure strong B2B positioning
  • Manage the B2B content calendar, create and edit high-impact blogs, landing pages, and sales materials aligned with audience needs
  • Translate sales insights and buyer personas into compelling messaging frameworks for Corporate, Healthcare, and Channel Partner segments
  • Oversee Webflow landing page development, implement A/B tests, and optimize conversion rate and lead quality
  • Expand digital footprint through off-site distribution, authority-building content, and internal linking strategies
  • Collaborate with Ads and Performance Marketing teams to align organic and paid initiatives for maximum ROI
