About The Position

B2B Salesperson Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven B2B Salesperson to generate new business opportunities and build strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business-to-business sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (industry-specific experience a plus)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with executives and business leaders
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel as needed (if applicable)

  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Conduct needs assessments and present customized product or service solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close sales
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align sales strategies
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
