About The Position

B2B Sales Support Specialist Overview The B2B Sales Support Specialist supports our Framebridge for Business partners by serving as the first point of contact for inbound email inquiries, managing detailed order workflows, and coordinating seamlessly with Sales and Operations. This role includes limited direct communication with clients via email and requires an elevated level of customer service, clear written communication, and a consistently professional demeanor. The position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex orders with accuracy and efficiency. A background in design, or a strong eye for aesthetics, is highly valuable, as many orders involve artwork, custom framing decisions, and gallery wall design.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or customer experience.
  • Background in design, visual arts, photography, framing, or another creative field.
  • Familiarity with order management systems or CX platforms (e.g. Gladly).
  • Experience with Shopify, Shopify Collective, or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or InDesign.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets or detailed specifications.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues independently.

Responsibilities

  • Field inbound email inquiries from potential B2B partners and conduct initial discovery to assess account value prior to handoff to an Account Manager.
  • Monitor the business@ inbox and route customers to the appropriate internal contacts.
  • Assist in building proposal decks, including layouts, frame selections, and visual mockups that clearly communicate design concepts.
  • Own the full order management process, including gathering, organizing, and documenting order specifications for accurate communication with Operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to schedule and prepare for bulk and/or sensitive orders.
  • Place orders according to specifications provided by the Account Owner and ensure timely, accurate submission.
  • Communicate all order updates, questions, risks, and delays to the Account Owner, maintaining proactive and clear written correspondence.
  • Create, maintain, and update product listings for Shopify Collective partners to support ongoing sales opportunities.
