City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a B2B Sales Representative to prospect, pitch, and close new commercial service contracts across the Las Vegas market. This is a pure new business development role. You won't inherit accounts or manage existing clients. Your job is to find commercial building owners and property managers who are frustrated with managing multiple facility vendors, then show them a better way. Here's what makes this different from every other B2B outside sales job you've seen: you're not selling a product that gets compared on price. You're selling a management solution. City Wide is the single point of contact for 20+ facility services (janitorial, HVAC, floor care, window washing, landscaping, and more), and we coordinate independent contractors to deliver all of it. When you close a deal, it becomes a recurring monthly contract. That means every contract you sign this year is still paying you next year. Your typical day starts with prospecting. You'll spend 20+ hours per week on outbound activity: cold calls, field visits to commercial properties, and targeted email outreach to decision makers. When a prospect is interested, you schedule a building survey where you walk their facility, identify their pain points, and build a customized proposal. Then you present, negotiate, and close. The full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract is yours to own. The numbers are straightforward. You'll target $6,000 in new monthly contract revenue per month, deliver 10+ proposals, and maintain a 30%+ closing ratio. You'll manage a pipeline in CRM, work a Top 100 prospect list, and build your territory through a multi-channel approach of phone, email, and face-to-face prospecting. City Wide provides structured sales training, a proven sales process, and a team that supports you from proposal to operations handoff. On-target earnings for this role are $100,000 to $120,000 with uncapped commission. Top performers earn significantly more because the recurring revenue model means your income compounds as your book of business grows.
