About The Position

Global Market Foods is seeking a B2B Platform Support Specialist to support independent convenience stores and retail partners using our B2B digital ordering platform. This is a short-term, on-site role focused on helping customers successfully log in, onboard, and navigate our technology. This position is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, customer-focused, and comfortable working with platforms similar to Amazon Business, Jewel, or other B2B retail and ordering applications.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong understanding of technology, mobile apps, and web-based platforms
  • Familiarity with B2B or retail platforms (e.g., Amazon app, Jewel app, or similar)
  • Experience in customer support, IT support, or a technology-facing role
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
  • Experience working with independent retailers or convenience stores
  • Background in e-commerce, B2B ordering systems, or retail technology
  • Prior on-site support or customer-facing technical roles

Responsibilities

  • Assist independent convenience stores and retailers with logging into and using the B2B platform
  • Guide customers through account setup, password resets, and onboarding
  • Provide clear explanations of platform features, ordering processes, and app functionality
  • Support customers in Arabic and English
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when necessary
  • Document common issues and customer feedback
