About The Position

CL Visual is seeking a driven B2B Outside Sales Representative with a hunter’s mindset to aggressively grow new business across our commercial fleet and branding solutions portfolio. This is not an account management role. This is a true new business development position focused on prospecting, opening doors, and closing revenue. About CL Visual CL Visual is a national leader in commercial vehicle wrap branding and wide-format printing, serving businesses across construction, home services, transportation, and retail. We transform fleets and facilities into high-impact marketing assets that drive visibility and growth. This is a field-driven position. Expect to visit job sites, walk yards, inspect fleets, and meet decision-makers face-to-face.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven B2B outside sales experience
  • Demonstrated success closing new business
  • Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills
  • High level of self-motivation and accountability
  • Confident communicator with business owners and executives
  • Organized with disciplined pipeline management habits
  • CRM proficiency required
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the NY Metro area
  • Ability to stand for presentations and occasionally lift sample materials

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in commercial services, fleet, construction, equipment, signage, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new B2B accounts within a 60-mile territory
  • Expand into regional and national markets over time
  • Conduct onsite visits, fleet assessments, and discovery meetings
  • Drive outbound outreach and respond quickly to inbound leads
  • Build relationships with business owners, operations managers, and decision-makers
  • Present and sell vehicle wraps, signage, and branded environment solutions
  • Prepare proposals in collaboration with Design, Production, and Install teams
  • Manage your pipeline from first contact through signed agreement
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and provide weekly pipeline updates
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build territory presence
  • Track activity metrics, conversion rates, and closed revenue
