Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Strong internet and tech navigation skills

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Generate leads and set qualified appointments through strategic outreach.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase Stratus’s solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed, accurate proposals within 48 business hours of meetings.
  • Maintain consistent, professional follow-up with prospects until decisions are reached.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align strategies, track progress, and report achievements.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain organized CRM records of all prospects and clients.
  • Partner with Franchise Business Consultants to ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts.
  • Contribute insights and best practices to strengthen the overall sales process.
