About The Position

We are seeking a high-output, entrepreneurial B2B Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager to strengthen how Reunitus supports its sales team, engages existing customers, and builds industry credibility. This role works closely with executives, sales, and customer success teams to transform real customer outcomes into compelling proof points that accelerate enterprise sales cycles. The focus is primarily on the middle and bottom of the marketing funnel—sales enablement, customer advocacy, community engagement, and agency coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise services.
  • Experience producing customer stories, case studies, and sales enablement content.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of sales enablement assets including case studies, pitch decks, one-pagers, and proof points.
  • Identify customer success stories and turn them into case studies and testimonials.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success to highlight product adoption and successful implementations.
  • Serve as the primary internal partner to the B2B marketing agency (Salted Stone).
  • Maintain website messaging and ensure customer outcomes are clearly communicated.
  • Coordinate thought leadership and organic content with internal subject matter experts.
  • Support account-based initiatives for strategic prospects and enterprise deals.
  • Track marketing performance and recommend improvements to campaigns and messaging.
