Your Role: In this role you will be part of our high-impact B2B Solutions Integration team, where you’ll help lead the transformation from analog to digital across the Americas—especially in the U.S. and Canada. As a B2B Associate Integration Analyst, you’ll partner with a wide range of stakeholders to implement innovative solutions like Punchout Catalogs, Electronic Purchase Orders, and Electronic Invoicing. Your contributions will directly enhance customer experience, and your knack for clear documentation will support our global initiatives. This position offers the flexibility of being based either in St. Louis or in Burlington.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with with order-to-cash processes.
  • Experience with B2B transaction formats (cXML, EDI) and communication standards (HTTP/S, VAN, AS2, FTP).
  • Proficient with SAP and MS Office Suite.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and an excellent communicator (oral, written, presentation).
  • Customer-focused, ideally with experience in customer service, technical support, or retail— anticipate and address customer needs.

  • Deliver and support next-gen B2B integration projects and Hypercare initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams across borders.
  • Develop comprehensive, user-friendly documentation.
  • Infuse customer-centric thinking into every project.
