About The Position

The B2B Account Executive is a high-impact, outbound sales role responsible for generating new commercial business for Bob’s Business-to-Business division. This position focuses on building pipelines, developing new client relationships, and driving first-time orders across priority industries such as social services, assisted living, corporate housing, and nonprofit organizations. This is a true hunter role requiring disciplined prospecting, cold outreach across multiple channels, and structured lead management. Success is driven by consistent activity, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to convert new clients into repeat customers before transitioning accounts to Customer Success. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in outbound B2B sales or business development
  • Proven ability to generate pipelines and close new business
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales productivity tools
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Visual ability to perform job functions

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other channels to generate new business.
  • Build and manage a robust top-of-funnel pipeline through disciplined outreach cadences and follow-up strategies.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process including discovery, needs assessment, quoting, order coordination, and post-delivery follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM documentation of all activities, opportunities, and pipeline stages to support forecasting and reporting.
  • Identify decision-makers, tailor solutions to customer needs, and establish trust that drives first-time and repeat orders.
