We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Account Coordinator to support our network of iGaming operator partners and the B2B Account Management team. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day account operations, game launches, reporting, and partner communications to ensure smooth execution and high partner satisfaction. Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and performance reports
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in iGaming, casino games, and digital entertainment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, account support, operations, or business development

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in iGaming, online casino, or land-based gaming is strongly preferred
  • Exposure to B2B relationships, partner support, or client services is a plus
  • Familiarity with iGaming KPIs (GGR, retention, engagement) is preferred but not required
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support B2B Account Managers in managing assigned iGaming operator accounts
  • Assist with game launch coordination, including timelines, documentation, and internal handoffs
  • Prepare and maintain partner performance reports (GGR, engagement, retention, etc.)
  • Track KPIs and flag trends, issues, or opportunities to Account Managers
  • Coordinate partner requests with internal teams (Product, Compliance, Marketing, Tech)
  • Help execute promotional campaigns, feature placements, and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate account records, launch trackers, and partner documentation
  • Assist with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and action item tracking
  • Support account renewals, upsell preparation, and new partnership evaluations as needed
  • Ensure timely communication and high-quality service for all partner inquiries.
