About The Position

As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. This role will involve segment specific storytelling, positioning and messaging, go-to-market strategy, sales and marketing enablement, customer insights and market research, and content development and execution. You will create a deep understanding of different customer segments and ICPs, develop clear and compelling messaging, create and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies, equip sales and marketing teams with necessary tools, conduct research to understand customer needs, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years product marketing or solutions marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing GTM strategies for B2B SaaS products.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into benefits for a wide audience.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and identify trends in the market, competitors, and user needs across multiple segments.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and have strong prioritization skills.
  • Has a growth mindset and is eager to learn and grow every day.

  • Prior experience in business consulting, product management, or marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Create a deep understanding of different customer segments and ICPs, from their demographic profile to their pain points, and craft stories that are designed to speak to them effectively.
  • Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging and positioning for solutions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Create and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for solutions, including market segmentation, buyer personas, competitive analysis, and channel enablement plans.
  • Equip sales and marketing teams with the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively communicate the value of solutions.
  • Conduct research to deeply understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful campaigns that drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth.
