About The Position

360Connect, LLC is seeking a Sales Executive interested in working at a 10x award-winning Austin American-Statesman 'Top Work Places'. This individual will be an experienced sales professional who genuinely loves to sell, help others, work on a fun and supportive team, values honesty and integrity in the sales process, wants a real 40hr work week and is interested in truly growing their sales career. This position will report directly to the Sales Manager. This is a full-time, exempt position based out of our office located off 183 and Hymeadow Drive in Austin, Texas. Currently, we work a 3-day-a-week hybrid schedule (Tuesdays-Thursdays in the office with Mondays and Fridays as work-from-home optional).

Requirements

  • High School Graduation or Equivalent
  • At least two years of sales experience
  • Successful track record in sales-driven environments
  • Experience with CRM

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or at least 3 years experience with the same company
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Background in Sandler Sales training
  • Experience with Salesforce and Adobe e-Sign or Docusign

Responsibilities

  • Add new B2B clients to 360Connect's growing client base
  • Generate leads through target account selling, outbound prospecting, and calling on leads from multiple sources
  • Activities KPI's per day including phone calls, emails, linked in messages, and any and all ways we can get in front of a client.
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on the product, industry changes, and competitive landscape
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop interest to stimulate opportunity
  • Exceed individual goals while also contributing to team and organizational goals
  • Negotiate and sell the 360Connect Marketing Solution based on company needs
  • Adheres to 360Connect policies, standards, and procedures while maintaining the company's core values
  • Ability to successfully build, manage, and close out your sales pipeline
