CSMC Operations is in search for a AWW Operations Manager to drive extraordinary performance in all success areas: Environmental, Health & Safety, Control quality, productivity and process flow to meet/exceed customer expectations. This position will report onsite Friday-Sunday, supporting the hourly 6am-6pm shift. The Operations Manager will coordinate a team that is responsive and flexible, empowering employees from all disciplines and positions supporting the facility. Be accountable for staff planning and critical resource allocation to ensure that business metrics are met Execute monthly delivery plans that align with customer needs and satisfy financial obligations Contribute to strategic planning such as the development of forecasts, financial planning, training, and capital expenditures. Drive a world-class safety culture and respond to all EH&S requirements Drive and embrace RTX's CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) Operating System and Lean manufacturing initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience in operations leadership in a manufacturing or related industrial environment; OR Master's Degree with 7 years of experience
  • Understanding of/experience using CORE/LEAN/continuous improvement principles to implement process improvements
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with machining operations
  • Experience managing salary and/or hourly employees environment
