Requirements
- 8 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
- Strong expertise in AWS Serverless Stack Lambda API Gateway Step Functions IAM EventBridge
- Proficiency with Nodejs and TypeScript
- Experience in designing eventdriven architectures
- Strong understanding of CICD logging monitoring and operational best practices in AWS
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience guiding offshore teams
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and architecture discussions for AWSbased solutions
- Oversee development of serverless components built using AWS Lambda API Gateway Step Functions and EventBridge AWS Events
- Provide handson development support using TypeScript and Nodejs
- Ensure secure implementation of services using AWS IAM and best practices
- Collaborate with product owners architects and offshore developers to ensure highquality delivery
- Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and drive continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot optimize and enhance system performance
- Coordinate daily with the offshore team and ensure aligned progress against milestones
