About The Position
CTG is seeking an AWS Cloud Solutions Architect to lead enterprise application migrations to AWS Outposts. The role involves designing blueprints, defining migration patterns, and leveraging Gen AI-based deployment techniques for rapid migration. Location: Piscataway, NJ Duration: 12 months
Requirements
- 8+ years designing and developing J2EE-based enterprise applications.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional).
- Strong expertise in AWS architecture, Outposts deployments, and IaC tools.
- Experience with automation, cloud scaling, and migration strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
Nice To Haves
- Gen AI-driven code compilation and deployment experience.
- Enterprise-level cloud adoption strategy experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead AWS Outposts deployments and enterprise application migrations.
- Develop cloud architecture blueprints and define approved migration patterns with AWS.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
- Automate provisioning, scaling, and patching of cloud infrastructure.
- Select optimal AWS services and design patterns to meet technical and business requirements.
