Job Description In this role, you will work on a team responsible for: Maintaining an existing, production AWS cloud architecture supporting three applications. Moving this existing AWS cloud architecture into a new common services architecture. Building an additional AWS cloud architecture in a designated, high-security boundary. Implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and AWS development services. Coordinating closely with your team and application team to ensure existing and new systems are properly supported/deployed. Hardening and patching servers running Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server. Deployments will use infrastructure-as-code (IaC) written in either Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3+ years of experience deploying in, and maintaining, cloud environments.
  • 1+ year of experience with AWS.
  • Experience with Linux operating systems.
  • Ability to report on-site at Ft Belvoir at least 20% of the time.
  • Active Secret clearance
