About The Position

Amazon Music is seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing Manager to join the Brand Social team in the Global Marketing Organization. In this role, you will collaborate with the Global Organic Social (creative, insights, operations), content marketing, brand and paid media teams in planning, developing, executing, and optimizing compelling social media campaigns across tentpole marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement for the Amazon Music brand. You will implement awareness driving paid social best practices across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube) delivering on long-term strategy, amplifying content to drive engagement, awareness and community growth through targeted paid social campaigns across North America contributing to our measurement and creative frameworks by optimizing campaigns, monitoring and analyzing performance and collaborate with teams world wide to contribute to long term paid media strategy aimed at increasing Amazon Music's brand awareness and engagment alongside Brand Paid Media team and local marketing teams. Requirements

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  • Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV, print ads and digital/social channels
  • Experience across affiliate marketing, PPC, SEM and social media advertising
  • 5+ years of professional experience in paid social media marketing, digital advertising, or performance marketing

  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
  • 4+ years of experience in paid social marketing with a focus on brand awareness and engagement campaigns
  • Experience working in entertainment, music, or consumer technology industries

  • Experience managing tentpole marketing campaigns, product launches, or cultural moment activations
  • Knowledge of emerging social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and innovative advertising formats
  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute best-in-class awareness paid media strategies across key social platforms: deliver social media marketing campaigns, spanning new product launches, partnerships, exclusive merch, livestreams, brand campaigns, cultural moments, and more to drive awareness and engagement for these programs and the Amazon Music Brand at large across social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) focused on boosting organic reach and engagement.
  • Content Amplification: Collaborate and identify high-performing organic content and develop strategies to amplify reach through paid promotion.
  • Audience Targeting: Utilize insights and segmentation to target audiences and interest, ensuring maximum impact and engagement.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spend to achieve desired results within allocated budgets.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights. Use data-driven approaches to refine and optimize strategies to improve ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the social media team, content creators, and other marketing stakeholders to align organic and paid strategies for cohesive customer journey. Partner with regional social teams to execute global marketing campaigns
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative and effective strategies into our campaigns. Stay informed on culture trends, infusing the social space with innovative ideas.
