Thank you for your interest in joining the Nusenda team! We are currently seeking an AVP Treasury Management Advisor . As the AVP Treasury Management Advisor, you'll oversee coordinate and assist in the daily activity of the assigned Treasury Management team to include assigning of duties and special projects, monitoring workload and productivity, planning and prioritization, problem resolution, and developing recommendations for change or improvement. You'll develop product and service proposals, coordinating with the Treasury Administrators to obtain adequate financial information, entity documentation, and/or banks statements to underwrite risk, establish signing authorities, and develop individualized proposals for business members. You'll ensure organizational compliance with all regulations and compliance issues in associated programs.

Requirements

  • Five to eight years of similar or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Knowledgeable on business and treasury management products and services.
  • Capable of sourcing credible vendors to provide additional business services and enhance credit union offerings.
  • Experience with risk management, internal controls, policy development, and Project Management experience.
  • Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to work with multiple levels of the organization.
  • Development, performance management, training, and employee counseling skills essential.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive innovative strategies and implement them in a timely, effective manner.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and manages depository relationships for an assigned portfolio of business members and identifying opportunities to meet business members’ needs through the sales of treasury management products, electronic services, and other related services.
  • Cultivates relationships with business members and prospective business members that translate into new business opportunities in addition to maintaining and growing existing relationships with business members.
  • Meets frequently with businesses and non-profit organizations to understand organizational needs and desired outcomes, identifying problems or opportunities, and potential solutions.
  • Acts as a trusted partner to new and existing business members, identifying opportunities to strengthen, or develop new business relationships.
  • Fosters relationships within the credit union departments including Branch Experience, Business Services Lending, Business Development, and Deposit Services to identify collaboration opportunities to develop new business prospects.
