Role Summary/Purpose: The AVP, Solution Architect craves getting into the weeds of hard problems and figuring out how to make things work. This dynamic and collaborative role will be part of the Synchrony Financial renowned Innovation Station - the hotbed of innovation and thought leadership throughout the company. This Solution Architect will architect complex business solutions by partnering with business and technology leaders to understand key challenges as well as produce process flows and system interaction diagrams to help drive these solutions. In short, you will figure out how to make our innovative ideas work in the real world with a particular focus in the product incubation space.
