We are seeking an AVP, Senior Legal Counsel, that is a motivated, self-reliant lawyer with unique investigative experience to join our Compliance Legal team. This role involves working closely with in-house colleagues, outside counsel, and business clients, among others, to manage a fast-paced, diverse, and complex docket of internal investigations and provide strategic legal counsel regarding legal and compliance risks. Well-qualified candidates will have substantial criminal and/or civil investigative experience at federal government agencies such as DOJ, FTC, SEC, or US Attorney’s office, internal investigative expertise in-house, or extensive experience in one or more large corporate law firms. Candidates must be effective communicators, creative, strategic, and work well in a team environment. a Law degree and an active license in good standing to practice are required. This position requires office presence 5 days per week, and location in the Dallas Office is preferred.
