About The Position

At EVERSANA, our integrated life sciences compliance (LSC) team is taking a leading role in helping some of the most scientifically advanced BioPharma, Medical Device and other Life Sciences organizations around the world to innovate novel therapies for rare, ultra-rare and critical therapeutic areas including Oncology, Neurology, Immuno-oncology, Immunology etc. We do this through offering Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory & Quality services to these clients. This is a leadership role within EVERSANA Compliance team reporting directly into President of overall Compliance Business Unit. This individual will be embraced with the responsibility of driving the business growth/expansion of Quality services. The port-folio of our Quality services for our BioPharma clients (small, medium, large) includes setting and driving the strategy for the entire quality function, setting up quality operations and providing them support across various areas of quality management including setting up quality management system and processes, auditing programs, supporting in filing NDA’s and other regulatory documents with quality related aspects etc. This person will collaborate very closely with other leaders with in the Compliance Business Unit, Commercial Teams and other Business Units including Patient services, Market Access, Engage, Field solutions, 3PL, Data & Analytics and Management consulting for identifying and driving newer and integrated opportunities. The most important aspect of the position of the Associate Vice President, Global Quality Services is being responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of the Quality and QMSS service line. This leader will spend 10% of their time providing high level strategic Quality consulting and execution (billable) and 90% of their time conducting business development activities, managing the Quality and QMSS P&L (revenue and profitability), and managing a team which includes employees and 1099 contract employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline OR Master’s degree in a related discipline with 10-15 years' experience in BioPharma Quality Management space. Having experience both in BioPharma set-up as well as in consulting and services set-up delivering quality services to BioPharma is critical for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the entire Top line revenue and margins for Quality services globally
  • Achieve upwards of 35% to 40% growth in revenue YoY
  • Building and delivering the overall vision, strategy, market differentiation, port-folio expansion, and geo-expansion. Proactively work internally and externally to uncover market unmet needs and building right solutions
  • Responsible for executing business development activities in network and with external clients
  • Creating/driving thought leadership in the area via participation in key industry events/conferences, panel discussions, industry forums, position papers, poster presentations, webinars, social media, and other channels
  • Leveraging technology, automation, AI, data and analytics and other similar advances in our solution approaches to provide innovative solutions to the industry
  • Development of new customer projects that generate additional Quality consulting work as well as developing existing customer relationships leading to additional revenue, profit, and referrals
  • Responsible for the EVERSANA Quality consulting strategy and support the Quality group to execute against the strategy
  • Day-to-day management and development of quality assurance programs used for external clients
  • Day-to-day management and development of internal resources with emphasis on leadership and creating leaders
  • Responsible for the ongoing review, strategy development, and operational planning to ensure that all quality assurance programs meet applicable regulations and standards
  • Ensures internal and external projects are completed on time and meet EVERSANA’s and Client’s quality standards
  • Ensures contractual deliverables are met with each client to its satisfaction
  • Ensuring work is accomplished effectively by managing employee performance, work processes and other resources
