About The Position

The Marketing Quality role involves analyzing campaign execution processes, identifying issues, and reporting them for corrective action while updating identification methods as processes evolve. Also works with Document and Content Management Quality Analysts to ensures high-quality customer communications by testing, identifying issues, analyzing trends, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to maintain quality standards. The AVP – Quality Automation will fulfill the business and organizational priorities, as well as spearhead the Quality strategy, promote AI and Automation initiatives, and introduce innovative solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. This position will unify QA practices across various teams, pinpoint opportunities for improvement, and deploy new tools and technologies to elevate the organization’s overall quality maturity. Ensure process compliance, and foster continuous improvement. Track quality KPIs and formulate action plans to enhance performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee that quality standards are consistently applied.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations Excellence, and Automation.
  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research or with minimum 6+ years of working experience in preferably Marketing relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of QA processes, quality frameworks, and governance models.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools, AI platforms, or workflow automation technologies.
  • Proven capability to assess and implement new technologies and tools effectively.
  • Exemplary strategic thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and the clear, persuasive presentation of solutions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and experience in managing large-scale data quality assurance.
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4+ years of working experience in Quality Assurance domain preferably Campaign Execution Marketing, or in lieu of a degree with minimum 6+ years of working experience in preferably Marketing.

  • In-depth understanding of artificial intelligence principles, encompassing neural networks, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
  • Skilled in AI and insights tools, with experience in platforms such as Workfront.

Responsibilities

  • Drive quality assurance governance, ensure process compliance, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes for DCM.
  • Analyze quality data, identify trends and risks, prepare reports, and communicate findings and recommendations to teams such as Surveillance, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and management.
  • Drive quality governance, ensure process compliance, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and formulate action plans to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee the consistent implementation of quality standards.
  • Identify manual, repetitive, and error-prone tasks, and promote automation to boost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assess, pilot, and implement emerging tools and technologies (such as AI-based QA tools and workflow automation platforms).
  • Spearhead innovation initiatives that improve the speed, accuracy, and scalability of QA operations.
  • Guarantee the consistent provision of high-quality and precise services throughout the organization within the defined SLAs.
  • Proactively manage and sustain the project backlog by prioritizing tasks according to business value, establishing clear KPIs to evaluate success, leading and mentoring the team, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
