The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Philanthropic Advancement is responsible for growing, stewarding, and retaining philanthropic assets by cultivating new fundholder relationships and managing a defined portfolio. This role advances donor retention through proactive, high-touch relationship management and leads strategic project initiatives related to growth, stewardship, and philanthropic offerings, as identified by the Vice President, Personal & Family Philanthropy and senior FFTC leadership. The AVP also collaborates across FFTC on cross-functional project teams that advance organizational priorities and enhance the donor experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in philanthropic advising and fundraising, including familiarity with charitable vehicles, asset types, gift structures, and planning strategies, and demonstrates a relationship-driven approach grounded in trust, responsiveness, and strategic engagement.
