We’re actively seeking a talented AVP People Business Partner to join our People Experience Team in Newport Beach, CA or Charlotte, NC. This role is hybrid, 4 days in the office. As the AVP People Business Partner, you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by serving as a strategic advisor to divisional leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies that strengthen talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness. You will fill a new role that sits on two leadership teams.
