About The Position

As the AVP - Operations Experience & Execution, you will provide direction and functional expertise for elevating operational performance, strengthening end‑to-end experience for employees, brokers, employers, and members. You will ensure their assigned business area operates with discipline, insight, and customer‑centric execution.

Requirements

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's).
  • 10+ Years of service and/or business operations experience directly aligned to the specific duties for this role, including 3+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Group Protection industry experience.
  • Ability to think critically, analyze information, evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution, and to make decisions under pressure.
  • Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal/external stakeholders with proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches.
  • Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong service/operations acumen on customer landscape/experience with the ability to evaluate our operational processes to provide competitive insight and opportunities.
  • Experience partnering or working with a PEO.
  • Project management, process efficiency and change management skills/experience.
