About The Position

The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Enrollment Management is a strategic and operational leader responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, engage and enroll prospective students through lead generation, nurturing and admissions management workflows. This position will oversee the entire student admission process, including marketing the institution, developing recruitment strategies, managing admissions and marketing staff, ensuring the timely selection of qualified applicants. The AVP of Enrollment management will lead the College's integrated marketing strategy and is responsible for brand and creative development in support of the College mission, values, and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in admissions and the consumer marketing and sales cycle from awareness through conversion with a passion for data-driven results.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. Preferred fields of study include Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of the student lifecycle from lead generation through enrollment, and industry best practice strategies to maximize results
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the field of Enrollment Management
  • In depth knowledge of integrated marketing channels and tactics, preferably demand generation strategies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to identify quality creative design and production, providing direction and input into the creative process for all brand and marketing development.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and adapt quickly to change.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, action-oriented enrollment strategy to manage leads through enrollment process, collaborating cross-departmentally to achieve enrollment goals
  • Manages and optimizes the prospective student contact strategy to achieve maximum lead to start conversion
  • Lead the development of innovative integrated marketing that increases awareness and understanding of the College's programs, enhances the college's brand, and supports recruitment of students, tracking KPI's to budget
  • Establish tools for measuring effectiveness of external resources utilized in advertising and recruitment efforts while bringing innovation and technology solutions to meet recruitment needs
  • Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting forecasts, building and motivating strong teams to ensure that enrollment goals are met
  • Lead agency and creative professionals in the development of all marketing and branding for the College and all of its programs
  • Provide leadership and writing support for internal and external publications, collateral, media releases and other written communications
  • Increase community presence and develop new recruitment strategies and outreach initiatives
  • Brainstorm new and creative enrollment growth strategies.
