About The Position

This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and regulatory needs, particularly within the Finance and Risk domains across Citi's businesses, products, functions, and locations. Responsibilities encompass defining strategic directions, establishing business architecture standards, implementing data standards and integrated technology platforms, and creating efficient processes and governance. The Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in developing foundational reporting infrastructure, managing procedures, and contributing to various business and technology projects while adhering to SDLC methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, SQL Queries, SharePoint, and Excel is essential, along with an ability to communicate effectively across business and technology teams. This role requires a structured thinker capable of developing pragmatic solutions for complex business problems while working efficiently under tight timelines.
