This role remotely leads a team of Inside Sales Practice Development Specialists responsible for engaging and growing purchase volume within their assigned regional area. The AVP reports to the VP - Inside Sales and is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and mentoring the Inside Sales - Practice Development Specialists (PDS). The role involves working directly with the VP - Inside Sales and Senior Sales & Industry Leaders (GM's) to execute sales strategies, and also partners with Sales Support, Quality Assurance & Training Managers to achieve these strategies. The position focuses on increasing purchase volume across the Book of Business through strategic development, implementation of best practices, and collaboration with various departments like field sales, marketing, and operations. It also involves gathering and reporting Voice of the Customer feedback to industry leadership and performing other assigned duties and special projects.
