We are looking for an amazing AVP Product Development to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office. Leads the development of the brand’s guest experience strategy to inform how we plan and execute our fleet modernization efforts to improve profitability, guest satisfaction, and overall marketability. Identify, prioritize, and develop the initial concepts/frameworks across our guest experience to elevate and sharpen our position in the market. The work will also identify the signature that serve as the foundation for the brand’s position in the marketplace. To accomplish this goal, the role will partner closely with Brand President, SVP Hotel Operations, SVP Food & Beverage, Head of Commercial and VP Finance, to build comprehensive plans based on what our key customer segments both current and future, value most, as well as the investments that best support our brand positioning and growth strategies. Additionally, the role will help identify the external partners across culinary, youth/entertainment, design, programming, and technology to add IP, know-how and excitement to the offering.
