As the AVP, Business Development Officer, you will call on existing and prospective clients to establish or grow relationships in the capital district. You will work with other lines of business to make calls on customers with complex financial needs. You will grow relationships to understand customer business needs, review financial statements and supporting documents to insure the appropriate product recommendation and create a complete credit package. To be successful, you will ensure that banking relationships are fully developed, including specific efforts to serve the retail and commercial lending needs of the clients' owners/management/associates, driving toward commercial deposit and loan growth goals. You will consistently meet established loan and deposit growth goals.
