This includes managing the P&L for multiple, complex, Alliance and internal relationships and high-value products, ensuring business plan expectations are achieved with additional focus on expense management and end-to-end customer experience. Directly responsible for leading significant growth in one of USAA’s most important portfolios that drives free member value. Works collaboratively with Enterprise stakeholders to deliver industry leading products that support and advance the business model, drive strong Member benefit, and drives profitability for Alliance Service Company. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX.
