The AVP, Affiliation Consultant serves as a trusted strategic partner for financial advisors evaluating their affiliation with LPL. This role owns complex advisor conversion opportunities and plays a key role in advancing LPL’s organic growth strategy and broader corporate development objectives. This AVP will proactively identify, develop, and close opportunities by delivering consultative insights, financial analysis, and tailored solutions that align to advisor goals. Success in this role requires strong sales and business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments while driving measurable outcomes.
