Join us for 8th shift, this position comes with an added benefit of a shift differential. What You’ll Do In this role, you can expect to troubleshoot and repair avionics systems, perform functional and in-flight testing, and ensure compliance with FAA standards. You’ll work from detailed wiring diagrams and collaborate with pilots to validate system performance. Your responsibilities may include (but not limited to): · Test & Diagnose Systems: Conduct functional tests to isolate issues, analyze in-flight data, and determine corrective actions · Troubleshooting & Repair: Identify wiring discrepancies, replace defective units, and perform necessary modifications using diagrams and service instructions · Install & Align Equipment: Execute wiring repairs and system adjustments to meet operational and regulatory standards · Collaborate During Flight Tests: Accompany pilots to validate repaired or aligned systems for optimal performance · Follow Technical Documentation: Work from aircraft orders, wiring diagrams, and written instructions to complete tasks accurately · Maintain Compliance: Ensure all work meets FAA procedures and safety standards
