Our goal for our internship program is to see what it’s like to be a full time Wisk employee and complete meaningful work. We are looking for a Avionics Software Engineer Intern to join our team for summer 2026. The goal of a Avionics Software Engineer Intern at Wisk is to contribute to the design, integration, and testing of embedded software being executed on the aircraft. You will be part of the Vehicle Management System (VMS) Software Engineering team that develops the "brain" of the aircraft using safety-critical software development practices and design standards. By the end of your internship you will have experienced the full development lifecycle of airborne software and will have directly contributed to the long term development of our autonomous aircraft.
