The Avionics Electronics Technician will participate in high-level technical work with little or no instruction. Responsible to perform testing, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of various moderate to complex electronic avionics equipment in an FAA-regulated environment and in accordance with Collins Aerospace Workmanship and Quality Standards, including products returned from airlines, dealers, airframes and/or end users for service. Hours for this role are as follows: Night Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 PM-7:00 AM. Must be available to train on 1st shift. This position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with FAA Guidelines. Candidate will be subject to drug and alcohol testing per FAA’s regulation 14 CFR part 120, as well as 49 CFR part 40.
