About the Team: The Avionics Test & Operations team is responsible for testing avionics hardware and systems across the entire product lifecycle of Terran R: component-, subsystem-, and vehicle-level. As an Avionics Development Technician at Relativity Space, you will be responsible for building and testing hardware to print standards from start to finish. About the Role: Build and integrate wire harnesses for avionics systems, ensuring precise routing, termination, and compliance with build-to-print specifications and aerospace standards Assemble and maintain functional test racks and interface boxes, supporting system-level testing and validation across various stages of the Terran R product lifecycle Interpret and execute complex work instructions, schematics, and technical drawings with accuracy and attention to detail, contributing to high-quality builds and efficient troubleshooting Collaborate closely with engineering and leadership teams to resolve build issues, provide feedback on documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives Demonstrate a proactive, growth-oriented mindset, embracing new challenges, learning opportunities, and contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation in a fast-paced environment
