Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or equivalent years’ experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with quoting software or CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Sales Force
  • Must be able to read and speak English.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and other personnel.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Basic computer aptitude required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in aviation, quoting, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer and/or sales requests and requirements to prepare detailed and accurate quotes.
  • Collaborate with Sales department, Customer Service Managers, Program Managers, Customers, and Procurement teams to gather necessary information.
  • Ensure all quotes are delivered in a timely manner, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Work and communicate closely with other departments and office personnel to ensure smooth transition of all customer aircraft and coordinate with internal departments to determine cost estimates and pricing strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all quotes, organize and manage documentation related to customer contracts, quotations, and vendor communications.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor towards all customers, be courteous, informative and sincere. Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Track and manage the quoting process from request to delivery, ensuring timely responses while working closely with the Sales department.
  • Utilize Corridor Aviation Systems Software to draft and produce work order quotes.
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite proficiently to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and emails.
  • Utilize Sales Force to navigate and maintain documents as required.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to contract administration and quoting processes and any other activities and projects as assigned.
